Mont Saint-Michel was their favourite excursion of the whole trip — the views, the bay, the abbey and the town. It is a long drive, and they still thought it was worth every hour.

Loved Mont Saint-Michel, less so the logistics. The coach was clean, but food and were not allowed on board and nobody had said so before the group bought snacks at the rest stop. The island was very crowded by the time they arrived.
